One day we realized hey wait, we're sending out to a 3rd party for what our staff has been trained all of their lives to do and we decided to invest in the proper machinery, tools and stock to fabricate in house". Their large volume of glass stock has enabled them to offer glass at a lower price, they also have the edge of being able to examine the product from start to finish to avoid damage during fabrication, "This was our biggest issue, over and over again we saw fabrication errors, delays...assortments of problems from our vendors and we had to answer to our clients for these errors ..it was a huge problem", adds Robin "They're big corporations who at the end of the day, don't care if you have to explain to your customer that their glass had broken in the tempering oven or that the delivery guy scratched their glass...but our clients trusted us that we would do the right job so we are responsible".
